Sous Vide Pot Roast

This is my favorite way to make  Pot Roast.  The Sous Vide melts the fat and Keeps the Roast very juicy..  The leftovers I slice for quick lunchmeat snacks..

Italian Meatballs

I love these Meatballs!!  I put shredded Zucchini in instead of flours to hold them together.. Cant even taste them and I also put in Spinach and fresh Basil. so you get your veggies!!
