Authentic Caesar Salad

I was craving a Caesar salad from those high end restaurants. This ones pretty close! don't forget to use my Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 Anchovy Filets (You can use Anchovy paste, but I would only use about 1 1/2 Teaspoon. Paste tends to be more fishy.)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Freshly sqeezed Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt and freshly ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp my Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup Olive OIl
  • 2 1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce Hearts
  1. Put Garlic ,Anchovy Filets (or Paste) and Salt in Preferably a wooden bowl. With 2 forks, Mash garlic and anchovy into a paste. My wooden bowl broke so I'm using a stainless bowl.
  2. Wisk in Lemon juice, pepper Mustard, Worcestershire sauce and egg yolk.
  3. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil
  4. Add Romaine hearts and mix.. You can add a little grated Parmesan cheese on top if you can have dairy. Enjoy!
