This is a healthy alternative to BBQ Pork Chops. I use the thick Boneless chops and simmer for almost 2 hours so there nice and tender!

Instructions
- First in a large Bowl, add everything together except Pork Chops, Butter, Onions, Rosemary and Olive Oil. Wisk together and set aside.
- Add Olive oil to skillet and Brown Pork Chops on both sides. Add stick of butter and melt on med heat. Add Onions and cook for about 4 minutes.
