BBQ flavored Pork Chops
This is a healthy alternative to BBQ Pork Chops. I use the thick Boneless chops and simmer for almost 2 hours so there nice and tender!

Boneless Pork Chops

Sweet Onion Chopped

Instructions

First in a large Bowl, add everything together except Pork Chops, Butter, Onions, Rosemary and Olive Oil. Wisk together and set aside.

Add Olive oil to skillet and Brown Pork Chops on both sides. Add stick of butter and melt on med heat. Add Onions and cook for about 4 minutes.

Pour Liquid mixture over Pork chops and stir. The Pork Chops should almost be covered. Place Sprigs of Rosemary on top. Heat on high till low boil. Turn heat down to med-low and cover. Turn Pork Chops every 20 minutes. Cook for 1 Hour. Remove lid and continue to cook for 45 Minutes. Sauce should simmer down to about a 1/2 inch thick.. Serve Chops with Sauce on top... Enjoy!!
