Beef (I like London Broil) Cut in cubes.

Turnips cut in cubes

Sliced Mushrooms

7 stalks
Celery cut in chuncks

sliced Carrots

Italian Seasoning

Garlic diced

Sea salt & Pepper

Large Onion Diced
Instructions

Brown Beef in frying pan until brown on all sides, Add Garlic and Onions. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Add Beef Stock, Veggie Juice and all other ingredients to Insta-Pot and set to soup button or Manuel for 7 minutes. Let pressure naturally release. (about 20 minutes) Enjoy!!
