Blackened Catfish

This is a great, quick way to make  just about any kind of boneless fish.. Salmon, bass or halibut is great! I’ve been catching  some Catfish at a local lake so this is my go-to recipe.

I use Savory Spice Cajon Blackened Seasoning cause it has no sugars. A lot of blackened seasonings add sugar so check the label.

  • Start by heating your pan or griddle to high heat.
  • Pat Fillets down with paper towel to dry. then liberally season filets with Blackened seasoning
  • When pan is hot, melt a few pats of Butter , when butter is melted, place fish on pan.
  • After 3 minutes, turn fish over and cook an additional 3 minutes...…. Enjoy!
