  • Preheat oven to 400 Brush wings with Avocado Oil.
  • Bake wings for 45 minutes.. Turning wings over halfway through.
  • While wings are cooking, melt butter in big bowl and add wing sauce to butter and mix. If you want hotter wings, add Cayenne pepper to sauce to your liking.
  • When wings are done, add wings to sauce bowl and coat all wings.. Enjoy.....
