Buffalo Wings

Football Season is here.. Time for some Buffalo Wings. These are a mild traditional style wing..

Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 lb Fresh Chicken Wings
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 12 oz bottle Franks Cayenne pepper Sauce
  • Avocado Oil
  • Cayenne Pepper For more heat.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 Brush wings with Avocado Oil.
  2. Bake wings for 45 minutes.. Turning wings over halfway through.
  3. While wings are cooking, melt butter in big bowl and add wing sauce to butter and mix. If you want hotter wings, add Cayenne pepper to sauce to your liking.
  4. When wings are done, add wings to sauce bowl and coat all wings.. Enjoy.....
