Chicken Stock or Bone Broth

Chicken or Turkey cooked and cut in pieces
(I love Rotisserie Chicken just check label for no added sugar.)

(Great Potato substitution!)

Instructions

Set instapot to Sauté and add Chicken Broth.

Add all ingredients and stir.

Set instapot to "soup" button or manual for 6 minutes. When done, let naturally release pressure (about 30 minutes) Enjoy!
