Coconut Whipped Cream

I love this with some fresh berries.. The Savory Spice Balsamic Vinegar gives it great depth.

  • Make sure the Coconut cream has been in the fridge at least overnight. it should be solid.
  • Drain off the liquid, and scoop all the solid into a bowl.
  • Mix with mixer for about a minute. Then slowly drizzle in Balsamic vinegar ( about 1/8 cup to start). Begin tasting you can add a little at a time until desired taste. I usually put about 1/4 cup or so. After its whipped and to your liking, put in Fridge to thicken. Enjoy
