Coconut Whipped Cream

I love this with some fresh berries.. The Savory Spice Balsamic Vinegar gives it great depth.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans coconut cream refrigerated overnight
  • 1/4 cup Savory Spice Cara Cara Orange Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Make sure the Coconut cream has been in the fridge at least overnight. it should be solid.
  2. Drain off the liquid, and scoop all the solid into a bowl.
  3. Mix with mixer for about a minute. Then slowly drizzle in Balsamic vinegar ( about 1/8 cup to start). Begin tasting you can add a little at a time until desired taste. I usually put about 1/4 cup or so. After its whipped and to your liking, put in Fridge to thicken. Enjoy
