Garlic Sunchoke puree

Almost like Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Sunchokes
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Chicken Stock
Instructions
  1. Scrub Sunchokes and put in Boiling water. Cook med. heat for 15 minutes till soft in center
  2. Put Sunchokes and Butter in Food Processor and puree till mixed. Put mixture in bowl. Add Garlic Powder. If to thick, add a little chicken stock to desired consistency. You can add more Garlic Powder if desired. Put in a frying pan at med. heat for a few minutes.. Enjoy
