Holiday Almonds

These are a healthy Almond with the "Taste of the season"  Pumpkin spice. I smoked them, But you can bake in oven also.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Raw Almonds
  • 1 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cloves
  • 11/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Water
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, Whisk together all dry spices. Pre heat Oven or Smoker to 300 Degrees
  2. In a separate big bowl, Wisk together Egg White and Water till Frothy. Add Almonds and mix till well coated. Slowly add dry mixture to Almonds, ( a little at a time) till Almonds are coated. Note: It usually doesn't use all of dry mixture.
  3. On a cookie sheet with Buttered Parchment paper or foil Layer Almonds in a single layer. Note: I like to use a rack on my cookie sheet like picture. It makes the nuts brown evenly.
  4. Bake or smoke nuts for 15 min. then stir and spread out nuts. Bake remaining 15 minutes and then let cool... Enjoy!
