- Marinade for shrimp
- Glaze
Instructions
- Start by mixing Marinade ingredients together with shrimp and marinate for 30 minutes.
- If doing cold Shrimp, Cook shrimp till done and let cool. If doing hot, wait till after glaze is finished and cook shrimp and veggies (if adding) Glaze
- Melt butter in small saucepan and add minced Garlic and Ginger. cook for about 3 min. on med heat.

- stir constantly until mixture is cool. About 5 min. Add Sesame oil and chives or Scallions.
- If making cold appetizer mix in Shrimp and refrigerate. if making hot, Cook your shrimp and veggies(if adding) and add sauce last 2 minutes... Enjoy!
