Pomegranate Balsamic Glaze

This is a tasty Glaze for roasted veggies, or almost any meat or fish.  You can substitute any Olive-A-Sudden Infused Balsamic too!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon or Whole Grain Mustard
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar on med. heat while stirring constantly until it reduces down to just before desired consistency. (about 6 minutes)
  2. Pour reduced Balsamic in a little glass bowl and place in a larger bowl filled with ice.
  3. Stir continuously until cooled. As it cools, it will thicken. Add Mustard and mix.. Enjoy!!
