Pomegranate Balsamic Glaze
This is a tasty Glaze for roasted veggies, or almost any meat or fish. You can substitute any Olive-A-Sudden Infused Balsamic too!

Ingredients

Pomegranate Balsamic vinegar

tbsp
Dijon or Whole Grain Mustard
Instructions

In a small saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar on med. heat while stirring constantly until it reduces down to just before desired consistency. (about 6 minutes)

Pour reduced Balsamic in a little glass bowl and place in a larger bowl filled with ice.

Stir continuously until cooled. As it cools, it will thicken. Add Mustard and mix.. Enjoy!!
