Sous Vide Brussels Sprouts

This is my favorite Brussels Sprout recipe.  The wing sauce adds some spice to them.  My Son even likes them!

  • Preheat water bath to 185 degrees
  • toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Here is the sauce I use
  • Transfer ingredients to a gallon Ziploc bag or vacuum bag. make sure ingredients are single file
  • When water is at temp, submerge bag in water bath and cook for 1 hour... Enjoy!
