- Cook Shrimp in Butter and 1 tsp. Chili powder then set aside to cool.
- Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a bowl and refrigerate for a half an hour. mix in shrimp.
- Cut peppers in half longways and remove seeds and cores. If you have really small peppers, your can just cut 1/4 of one side. Stuff peppers with Shrimp mixture. dust with Paprika and refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy!
