Baby Sweet Peppers
(Makes about 18-20 Peppers)

Med Shrimp, raw clean and sliced in small chunks

Mayo
(I use my recipes, but you can also use a avocado oil mayo too.)

Dill Seed

Chilli Powder

Red Wine Vinegar

Sea Salt & Pepper

Butter

Chopped small celery

Instructions

Cook Shrimp in Butter and 1 tsp. Chili powder then set aside to cool.

Mix all ingredients except shrimp in a bowl and refrigerate for a half an hour. mix in shrimp.

Cut peppers in half longways and remove seeds and cores. If you have really small peppers, your can just cut 1/4 of one side. Stuff peppers with Shrimp mixture. dust with Paprika and refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy!
