Stir -Fry Sauce

Who doesn't love a Stir-Fry Sauce..   This is an easy one.. Just add your Protein and Veggies and your ready to go!! You can add more Ginger or Garlic to adjust to your likening.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 tbsp Arrowroot Flour (Omit if you dont want thick sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger or Ginger Powder (if you like Ginger add an extra 1/2 to 1 tsp.)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic crushed (I like garlic so I add 3 cloves)
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender and mix well.
  2. To make a Stir-Fry Heat up Wok or Skillet. Put a dash of olive oil and add Protein.( Shrimp, Chicken or Beef) Cook till done. Remove Protein and set aside. Add veggies and cook for about 6 minutes. Add Protein and some Stir-Fry sauce. Cook until thickened( about 3 min.) Enjoy
