Stir -Fry Sauce
Who doesn't love a Stir-Fry Sauce.. This is an easy one.. Just add your Protein and Veggies and your ready to go!! You can add more Ginger or Garlic to adjust to your likening.

Coconut Aminos

Chicken Stock

Arrowroot Flour
(Omit if you dont want thick sauce)

Honey

Sesame Seed Oil

Rice Vinegar

Fresh Ginger or Ginger Powder
(if you like Ginger add an extra 1/2 to 1 tsp.)

2 Cloves
Garlic crushed
(I like garlic so I add 3 cloves)
Instructions

Put all ingredients in blender and mix well.

To make a Stir-Fry Heat up Wok or Skillet. Put a dash of olive oil and add Protein.( Shrimp, Chicken or Beef) Cook till done. Remove Protein and set aside. Add veggies and cook for about 6 minutes. Add Protein and some Stir-Fry sauce. Cook until thickened( about 3 min.) Enjoy
