2 large sweet potatoes peeled and sliced about a 1/4 inch thick
1/3 cups Olive oil
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili powder
3 tbsp Honey

Step 1 Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Put Olive oil and Cumin in bowl and mix together with Sweet Potatoes
Step 2 Spread sweet potatoes out in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3 After 15 minutes, turn them over and brush with honey. Bake remaining 15 minutes.. Enjoy!
