Sweet-Savory Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and sliced about a 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 3 tbsp Honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. Put Olive oil and Cumin in bowl and mix together with Sweet Potatoes
  2. Spread sweet potatoes out in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, turn them over and brush with honey. Bake remaining 15 minutes.. Enjoy!
