Zesty all around salad dressing
This is my "go to" salad dressing.. Its also great as a dip for chicken and veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2/3 cup Sauerkraut brine (I use a fermented kind like Bubbies Brand. )
  • 2 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Celery seed
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 small Avocado (If you want it thicker, use up to a whole Avocado)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender till creamy. Chill in refridgerator overnight.
  2. This is the Sauerkraut I use.. All Natural and you get the pro-biotics!
