Whenever I’m craving Pasta, I make this!! If your ok with Cheese, You can add a handful of shredded Parmesan while its resting and stir it in.
- Heat up Skillet or Wok. On Med heat, add 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil and Garlic and Chicken or shrimp and cook till done.. set aside Chicken or Shrimp
- Add an additional 1/4 cup of Olive Oil Then Add Tomatoes, Mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes. Add Butter, Zucchini Italian Seasoning and the Chicken or shrimp back in pan and cook covered for about 3 Minutes stirring every minute or so.. Take off Heat and let rest for 5 Minutes stirring every 2 minutes.. Enjoy..
