Blackened Catfish

This is a great, quick way to make  just about any kind of boneless fish.. Salmon, bass or halibut is great! I've been catching  some Catfish at a local lake so this is my go-to recipe. I use Savory Spice Cajon Blackened Seasoning cause it has no sugars. A lot of blackened seasonings add sugar so check the label.

Ingredients
  • Savory Spice Blackened Seasoning (Or other brand, just check for no sugar)
  • 2 to 3 Fillets of Catfish or your favorite fish
Instructions
  1. Start by heating your pan or griddle to high heat.
  2. Pat Fillets down with paper towel to dry. then liberally season filets with Blackened seasoning
  3. When pan is hot, melt a few pats of Butter , when butter is melted, place fish on pan.
  4. After 3 minutes, turn fish over and cook an additional 3 minutes...…. Enjoy!
