Bood Orange juice (if you can't find Blood Orange juice, Use Fresh Squeezed)

Pork. (shoulder, Sirlion Roast or Tenderloin)
Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender. For The Pork, If Sous Vide cooking, Leave whole. If Instapot or Crockpot. cut into 3 inch chucks. Marinate pork at least overnight. 48 hours is best.

For Sous Vide cooking, Set water Bath to 139 and cook for 4 hours. then either put on hot grill or 450 oven to brown. You can also sear in a frying pan. Enjoy!

For Instapot. add 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 Cup Marinade to pot. Cook for 45 minutes and let Naturally vent. Enjoy!

For crockpot. put meat and a little marinade in crockpot and slow cook for 8 hours. Enjoy!
