Sous Vide Brussels Sprouts

This is my favorite Brussels Sprout recipe.  The wing sauce adds some spice to them.  My Son even likes them!

  • 4 cup Halved Brusssels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup butter cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp Frank's cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  1. Preheat water bath to 185 degrees
  2. toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Here is the sauce I use
  3. Transfer ingredients to a gallon Ziploc bag or vacuum bag. make sure ingredients are single file
  4. When water is at temp, submerge bag in water bath and cook for 1 hour... Enjoy!
