Sous Vide Brussels Sprouts
This is my favorite Brussels Sprout recipe. The wing sauce adds some spice to them. My Son even likes them!

Ingredients

cup
Halved Brusssels sprouts
-
1/2
cup
butter cubed
-
4 cloves
garlic
-
2
tbsp
Frank's cayenne pepper sauce

1/2
tsp
sea salt
Instructions

Preheat water bath to 185 degrees

toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Here is the sauce I use

Transfer ingredients to a gallon Ziploc bag or vacuum bag. make sure ingredients are single file
-
When water is at temp, submerge bag in water bath and cook for 1 hour... Enjoy!
