Sugar Spiced Salmon

My son loves Sugar Spiced Salmon so I came up with a healthy version.

Ingredients
  • 2 filets of Salmon with skin on
  • 1/8 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt & Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Pomegranate balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
  2. Mix Coconut Sugar, Chili Powder, Salt& Pepper and Garlic powder together in a bowl
  3. Pat fish dry and drizzle Pomegranate Balsamic on fish to coat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on fish med to heavy.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes or 15 for thick piece.. Enjoy!
