My son loves Sugar Spiced Salmon so I came up with a healthy version.

Ingredients

filets of Salmon with skin on

Coconut Sugar

1/2
tsp
Sea salt & Pepper

tbsp
Chilli Powder

1/2
tsp
Garlic Powder

Pomegranate balsamic Vinegar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 Degrees

Mix Coconut Sugar, Chili Powder, Salt& Pepper and Garlic powder together in a bowl

Pat fish dry and drizzle Pomegranate Balsamic on fish to coat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on fish med to heavy.

Bake for 12 minutes or 15 for thick piece.. Enjoy!
