Shrimp Scampi
There's nothing like a good Shrimp Scampi!! The Sous Vide makes perfectly cooked Shrimp. You can also sauté in a pan.

Fresh Squeezed Lemmon juice

Garlic

Sea Salt & Pepper

minced fresh Parsley

Fresh Lemon Zest

Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions

Preheat water bath to 135 degrees

Melt butter in skillet over med heat. add all ingredients except shrimp. Mix thoroughly and let cool for 5 min.

Place Shrimp in Ziplock or Vacuum bag and add Butter mixture Seal bag. Place Bag in water bath and cook for 30 Min.... Enjoy!!
