My son loves Sugar Spiced Salmon so I came up with a healthy version.
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
- Mix Coconut Sugar, Chili Powder, Salt& Pepper and Garlic powder together in a bowl
- Pat fish dry and drizzle Pomegranate Balsamic on fish to coat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on fish med to heavy.
- Bake for 12 minutes or 15 for thick piece.. Enjoy!
