My son loves Sugar Spiced Salmon so I came up with a healthy version.

  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
  • Mix Coconut Sugar, Chili Powder, Salt& Pepper and Garlic powder together in a bowl
  • Pat fish dry and drizzle Pomegranate Balsamic on fish to coat. Sprinkle seasoning mixture on fish med to heavy.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or 15 for thick piece.. Enjoy!
